We are seeking a dedicated Credit Operations Associate to enhance our Credit Platform Services team.
Credit Platform Services operates on a global scale, supporting both the US Private Bank and the International Private Bank. With a presence in multiple locations, our team collaborates closely with Lending & Mortgage Specialists and Credit Risk Executives to ensure an outstanding client experience.
As a Credit Operations Associate within the Wealth Management sector, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Documenting credit facility agreements with clients.
- Setting up credit facilities, including data entry into credit systems.
- Monitoring covenants and collateral on a daily basis.
- Managing exception reporting and resolution.
- Delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to projects aimed at streamlining processes and automating manual tasks using low-code and no-code tools.
- Accurately input data into credit systems, ensuring first-time right delivery.
- Prioritize daily team activities to meet service levels and deadlines.
- Oversee daily exception reporting processes.
- Collaborate with other operations teams and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve exceptions.
- Provide support and coaching to junior team members.
- Assist with internal and external audit and regulatory examination activities.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible team player who maintains a positive attitude and high performance in demanding situations.
- Ability to identify process improvements and support their implementation.
- Familiarity with credit products, particularly mortgages and loans.
