Beginning as a family-run cleaning enterprise in Ireland, Bidvest Noonan has expanded into a workforce of 27,000, committed to fostering safer and healthier communities throughout the UK and Ireland. We oversee the cleaning, security, and maintenance of numerous iconic sites, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, shopping centers, and transportation hubs.
Purpose of the Role:
As the Learning Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the learning team by organizing, managing, and assessing all educational initiatives across IoI and GB. Your effectiveness in this position will hinge on your capability to cultivate strong partnerships with operational and functional teams as well as the people and culture team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Learning Coordination:
Support & Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for the organization, providing advice and guidance while managing the Learning & Development Inbox. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and deliver exceptional support.
Communication: Guarantee that all communications related to learning reflect the company's voice and tone. Distribute necessary instructions and accommodate participants' specific requirements.
Record Management: Keep precise records of training attendance, absences, waitlists, and completions.
Logistics: Prepare training venues and virtual platforms, ensuring all essential equipment and materials are accessible. Collaborate with the learning team and IT for any technical needs during virtual sessions.
2. Streamlining Processes:
Reporting: Create and present clear and accurate reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI, Excel, and the learning management system. These reports should encompass learning completion, compliance, risk areas, refresher training, and total learning hours.
Inventory Management: Oversee and manage an inventory of training supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality.
Event Management: Supervise and manage events within the learning platform and process all central learning invoices.
3. Foster Change and Development:
Cultural Support: Aid in cultivating a learning culture within the organization, encouraging a passion for lifelong learning.
Feedback Collection: Design and distribute pre- and post-training surveys to collect participant feedback. Analyze this data, including Net Promoter Scores (NPS), to evaluate learning impact and identify areas for enhancement.
Data Analysis: Compile and present data on training effectiveness to senior management. Utilize insights to propose improvements to learning programs and processes.
Industry Trends: Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Essential:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in L&D or training coordination roles. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Forms). Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Desirable:
Experience in large-scale organizations.
Experience with Power BI.
