Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Officer to join our team at Town & Country Housing Group. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our shared owners, leaseholders, and freeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing advice and support on housing management services.
  • Ensure compliance with Town & Country Housing's leasehold and shared ownership policies and procedures.
  • Support the Homeownership Manager and Team Leader in setting service charges, administering collections, and recovering rent and service charge arrears.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Investment and Contracts & Compliance teams to ensure stock condition surveys and planned and reactive works are carried out in accordance with lease requirements.
  • Liaise with various departments to resolve building insurance claims and deal with complaints in accordance with our policy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leasehold and/or shared ownership housing.
  • Ability to analyze information and data logically and reach sound conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
