Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the UK South region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the UK South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Adam Equipment Co Ltd and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of sales and business growth in a similar industry or market.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
