Job Title: Sales and Training Manager
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Sales and Training Manager to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Sales and Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing our internal sales team and providing training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2-3 years' experience in sales and training management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
