Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve overseeing a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, diligently tracking their clinical skill progression and promoting their professional growth. On a daily basis, you will be entrusted with the direct oversight of the unit's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients, coordinating care, and prioritizing the team's responsibilities.

The successful candidate must possess outstanding verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities, and be approachable and supportive to effectively function as part of the team.

We seek an individual who exemplifies high clinical and professional standards, who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and capable of providing safe and empathetic nursing care to critically ill patients.
