About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our Youth Development programme, working closely with our team to create a safe, inclusive, and open environment for young people to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual programmes and youth support workers to deliver high-quality services to young people.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to increase opportunities for young people from marginalised communities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery and evaluation.
  • Provide coaching and support to youth leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of programme policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organisational standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a similar position, managing youth programmes and teams.
  • A passion for working with young people and a commitment to their development and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on increasing opportunities for young people from marginalised communities.
