Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at our Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr dealership. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
