Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr dealership. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing our sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
