We are excited to share that Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr is expanding its operations with a new state-of-the-art showroom.

As part of this growth, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead our team in this prime location, dedicated to serving the wider community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a structured sales process through a team that includes Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff. This role involves regular coaching, effective management, and maintaining high levels of customer interaction, ensuring that both first and second facing activities are prioritized.

Your primary responsibilities will include guiding your team in selling new and used vehicles, along with various add-on products, finance options, and GAP insurance, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with managing sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales while upholding the highest ethical standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry. You should be able to demonstrate your capability in driving sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as your focus will be on leading your team to achieve their business objectives. You should align with our company values and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
