We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at our Macklin Motors Toyota Ayr dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team of Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues.
- Oversee regular coaching, robust management, and constant customer interaction with first and second-facing activity at its heart.
- Serve and support the team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, and GAP insurance while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximize sales while upholding the highest ethical standards.
- An experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
- Able to clearly demonstrate the ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to demonstrate that you share our company values.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
