We are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our team at Steer Ayr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to our customers.
About the Role:
As a Paint Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Mixing paints to match exact vehicle colours and applying them using spray guns and other specialized equipment.
- Ensuring that all paint jobs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines while delivering outstanding results.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician or in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials.
- Proficiency in using paint mixing systems and spray guns.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
