Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Ann Summers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve our marketing objectives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about empowering women and providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display campaigns
  • Managing engaging content across all digital platforms, adopting a test and learn approach to understand the right message, on the right platform, at the right time
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all campaigns and assessing against KPIs
  • Utilizing performance analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement through testing and new initiatives
  • Managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and tactics
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Effectively communicating with and managing external agencies, keeping them informed about company activities and holding them accountable for channel performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industry
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker, with a strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, establishing productive internal and external relationships
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
