Branch Merchandising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Merchandiser to join our team at Ann Summers. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading our branch merchandising efforts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize profit across our channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including B&M, Retail, Digital, Third Party, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
- Oversee product management flow, ensuring timely intake and dispatch of products to meet stock targets and optimize profit.
- Lead store grading and size profiling initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform merchandising decisions.
- Maintain market awareness through regular store visits, competitive shopping, and industry research.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Champion Ann Summers' brand values and promote a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a multi-channel retail business.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of empowering and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
