About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Urban Sleep. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and meet the high standards expected by our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lettings process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs of properties, ensuring that they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
  • Collect rent and manage arrears, including communicating with tenants and taking necessary action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the PRS Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and manage a property budget, including operating expenses and capital improvements.
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in the student property sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
