Job Title: Facilities Officer

Cherry Professional is seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to join our team in Nottingham City Centre. As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for managing statutory compliance for our commercial buildings and newly added residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service charge budgets, organize maintenance schedules, and liaise with in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations across properties.
  • Oversee statutory compliance for buildings within your portfolio.
  • Manage service charge budgets and related works for residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules.
  • Work with in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks.
  • Occasional travel to other sites (pool car provided).

Requirements:

  • Experience managing buildings within the residential market in a Facilities Manager or similar role.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
