Our Role: Head of Strategy

As Head of Strategy, you will leverage your advanced strategic expertise and inquisitive nature to develop and own the overarching strategy for your clients. You will lead your team to present innovative and high-quality solutions that add significant value to projects.

You will work closely with the Creative team to shape compelling ideas and with the Account team to build strong client relationships, demonstrating your ability to passionately present your vision and identify opportunities to enhance profitability. You will also mentor and guide Planners within your team, fostering their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team in devising solutions that exceed client expectations while consistently pushing the strategic boundaries.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, brand, and products within your agency. Take ownership of defining the team's overarching strategy.
  • Ensure all work produced by you and your team meets deadlines, adheres to high quality standards, demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
  • Adapt to diverse project types, including digital campaigns, extensive research projects, brand development initiatives, and workshops, based on client needs.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with your wider team, working harmoniously with client services, creative, scientific, and digital departments.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of client meetings and workshops, delegating effectively to your strategic team while adding significant value.
  • Proactively support the professional development of your strategic team, guiding them towards roles of greater responsibility.
