Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Associate/Project Director to join our expanding Healthcare team in Manchester. Our team delivers high-value healthcare schemes across the North West, primarily in the private sector, utilizing our industry-leading digital cost management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cost management team on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  • Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  • Optimize cost performance at every stage of projects using our bespoke tools and apps.
  • Analyze and test budgets using a reliable pool of national data.
  • Inform clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our digital applications.
  • Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
