Your Role as an Associate Director

As an effective Associate Director within our Ops and Supply COE, you will:

  • Act as the Engagement Manager for operations-related areas of Deal Execution projects, overseeing people management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that address complex operational challenges within M&A transactions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring seamless integration and value creation.
  • Provide expert guidance on supply chain optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Your Expertise

We seek an individual with:

  • A deep understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry landscape, including end-to-end supply chain practices.
  • Proven experience in operational due diligence, integration planning, and carve-out execution within M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CIMA, Lean, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
