Engage Hub is our Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy and Management and Advertising Agency, located in Manchester. Through this division we offer a variety of innovative and flexible solutions across digital, to deliver pioneering campaigns which drive tangible success from brand awareness, through to conversions.

Engage Studio is our full service in-house creative agency, also located in Manchester. We offer socially native creative solutions, through a team of highly-skilled digital first creatives. We are strategists, designers, producers and directors who work to connect a brand to its audience through powerful storytelling and trend-led creative executions.

**What will you be doing**: We are on the lookout for a Strategy Lead, to head up our Paid Media and Social Media Strategy offerings, driving best practice and excellence across these service disciplines.

Please see the key responsibilities below:

- The key point of contact across Paid Media Planning, across our client base and internally
- The key point of contact across Social Media Planning and Strategy, across our client base and internally
- Both mentoring and line managing a Paid Media Executive and also a Social Media Manager, and lead on their professional development plans
- Closely working with the core agency teams (Social Media/Influencer Marketing/Creative/Paid Media), across multiple accounts, to deliver excellent results and service for our clients
- Leading on new business and retention pitch development, for Paid Media and Social Media Strategy clients
- Driving innovation across our Paid Media and Social Media Strategy and Management offerings

And ideally, you will have the following key skills/experience for this role:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Line management background, across Social Media or Paid Media Teams
- Strong Paid Media Planning and Social Media Planning experience
- Experience in leading, and winning new business pitches
- Excellent background in Reporting across Social Media and Paid Media. Knowledge of key softwares, such as GA4, Ads Managers (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google) for performance measurement and campaign tracking purposes
- Strong commercial understanding
- Agency experience preferred
