About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential and nursing service at our Care Home. As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape your service and team to make a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RGN/RMN with a blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills. Alternatively, we will consider non-qualified candidates with relevant experience as a Registered Manager. The role involves care management, people management, and operational management, with a full support service from our Senior Management team.

About the Service

Our Care Home was established in 2019 and provides high-quality care to 45 people with dementia. We have designed our building to support the needs of our service users, with features such as circadian lighting and electronic care planning. Our staff are highly experienced, trained, and dedicated to caring for our service users with dignity, respect, and compassion.

About Our Client

We are a centre of excellence in dementia care services, leading the field in our use of technology. We provide a range of services, including day services, extra care housing, and end-of-life care. About You

We are looking for a strong and respected leader who can motivate and encourage staff and service users to achieve the best results. You will have the ability to provide high-quality care with flexibility, accountability, commitment, and passion. You will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the CQC regulatory framework and experience of managing service development, including budgeting, workforce, digital, and clinical aspects.

About Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, 35-hour working week, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, registration fee paid, contributory pension, life assurance scheme, company sick pay, health and wellbeing schemes, and free on-site parking.
