Job Title: Resident Services Associate/Coordinator
Job Summary:
Cobalt Recruitment is assisting a leading Build to Rent industry business in their search for a front of house hire for a luxurious BTR development in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home
- Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas
- Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels
- Building security and resident administration in line with GDPR
- Providing exceptional resident experience through delivery of first-class customer service
Requirements:
- A professional background in property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service
- A flexible approach, dedication to working well in a team
- A positive attitude and ability to go above and beyond for residents with little supervision
- Proficient with common software, e.g. Microsoft/Windows
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent position that works on a rota system and will require 1 Saturday every 3 weeks, with TOIL provided.
