2. Develop and maintain the Delivery Unit Period Possession Plan, optimizing possession and isolation usage.

3. Submit possessions and Temporary Speed Restriction requests using the Possession Planning System (PPS).

4. Manage the possession change control process, ensuring seamless execution.

5. Process isolation requests and pass them to the Isolation Planner.

Essential Skills
