We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and other community activities
  • Provide support and guidance to residents to help them build confidence and social skills
  • Work closely with the care home team to ensure seamless delivery of activities and services
