About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Advisor to join our team at Energise Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving climate action by building strong partnerships with customers and promoting our sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop market-specific sales strategies and go-to-market propositions that attract and secure customers.
  • Consult with prospects to develop strategies and programmes that generate business value and align with their sustainability goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to scope tailored climate solutions.
  • Support the strengthening of relationships with existing customers, alongside our Customer Experience team, who are interested in enhancing their climate/sustainability action.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in environmental and social sustainability markets to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Support the creation of detailed plans for effective delivery.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Sustainability experience - professional experience and interest in environmental and/or social sustainability and a passion for sharing that with our leads and customers.
  • Organisational skills - able to plan and manage resources, prioritise your workload and keep good records.
  • Communication skills - able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £45-50k (dependent on experience), pension scheme, unlimited holiday allowance (minimum of 28 per year and 5 per quarter), and additional benefits information is available on Our Impact page.
