We are excited to present an opportunity for a proactive and motivated People Operations Partner who excels in a vibrant and fast-evolving setting.We seek to onboard a committed and enthusiastic People Operations Partner to become a vital member of our Business Partnering team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant, collaborating with the leadership and management teams to address all personnel-related initiatives, thereby achieving organizational goals at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
Our People Operations Partners play a crucial role within the People Services team, assisting the organization in a generalist capacity to foster effective business relationships with key stakeholders and to implement the overarching HR strategy and business objectives.
A significant aspect of the People Operations Partner's responsibilities is to nurture a culture that empowers leaders to cultivate an environment where individuals flourish and feel included, valued, and respected.
You will be one of five People Operations Partners, each managing a portfolio of business units across multiple locations. This specific role focuses on supporting one of our educational institutions.
We are open to considering both full-time and part-time hours and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
