We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at React Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the UK and Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders for the UK market using our ERP system
- Send order confirmations and proof of deliveries to customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotation requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with local freight forwarders to arrange shipping and collection of goods
- Collaborate with other departments, including Purchasing, Customer Services, Planning, RSM's, Credit Control, and Warehouse & Goods In
- GCSE in English and Mathematics (or Equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain department (desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Windows operating system
- SAP knowledge (desirable)
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.33 ph PAYE, via React Recruitment Ltd. The contract is for a temp position with an IMMEDIATE start available following a successful interview. The working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm, with a 39 hour week.
