Job Title: Quality, Health, Safety, and Compliance Manager
About the Role:
The Quality, Health, Safety, and Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality, health, safety, and compliance programs across the Pareto Facilities Management estate. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations, thereby minimizing risk and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Compliance Systems: Develop and maintain quality and compliance management systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency operating procedures (EOPs), tailored to the needs of the Pareto Facilities Management estate.
- Conduct Regular Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead Compliance Efforts: Act as the primary point of escalation for any issues related to quality, health, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Site Teams: Collaborate with site teams to ensure they are trained on safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Generate Audit Reports: Generate detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance or areas for improvement.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and compliance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations: Stay up to date with changes in health and safety regulations, and ensure the company's policies are current and effective.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality, health, safety, and compliance role, preferably within the facilities management or construction industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
- Skills: Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs, excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels, and strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
