About the Role

Your new company is a leading construction and property services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of employees and the safety of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry best practices, ensuring that the company remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General or Construction certification
  • Member of IOSH
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Good knowledge of H & S Legislation
  • Previous experience in a construction health and safety position
