Job Title: Technical Account Manager - ServiceNow Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at UP3, a leading ServiceNow Elite partner. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our major and strategic customers to help them maximize their ServiceNow investment and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute customized plans to help customers achieve their ServiceNow objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Management role, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
