Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at UP3, a leading ServiceNow Elite partner. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our major and strategic customers to help them maximize their ServiceNow investment and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals.
- Develop and execute customized plans to help customers achieve their ServiceNow objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Technical Account Management role, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
