- Manage restaurant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to inform business decisions.
