Job Title: Bank Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join our team at Osbern Manor. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
  • Supporting residents with meal times and daily routines
  • Assisting with day-to-day activities and providing companionship
  • Working closely with the care team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participating in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Compassion, empathy, and a caring approach
