Job Title: Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Osbern Manor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as mobility and transfers, and provide companionship to residents.
  • Support family members and visitors, and actively participate in training and up-skilling sessions.
  • Work closely with the management team and other care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Requirements:
  • A can-do attitude and a compassionate and caring approach to care.
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (full training provided).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent care and support to residents.
