About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Osbern Manor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent care and support to residents, including personal care, meal assistance, and daily activities.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Support family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the management team and other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
