We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Justice Officer to join our team at Sheffield Youth Justice Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and intervention services to reduce reoffending by young people in line with National Standards and the Youth Justice Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with children and their families to identify and address the issues that lead to offending behavior
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the city to provide services to children and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Youth Justice Plan
  • Participate in monthly formal supervision and clinical consultation sessions
  • Engage in comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
