About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal stock range and availability.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
