About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality shopping experience
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
