Job Title: Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and management of Business Continuity plans and documentation within the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Your role will involve:
  • Collaborating with local Business Continuity Management representatives
  • Facilitating and delivering training, exercises, and testing for BCM
  • Effectively communicating BCM policies and processes to stakeholders
  • Coordinating business reviews and post-incident evaluations
  • Supporting BCM audits and process confirmations
  • Documenting exercise outcomes and managing improvement initiatives
  • Preparing for business reviews related to BCM activities

Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Understanding of challenges in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment

Desirable:
  • Background in emergency response
  • Experience in project management, training, or assurance roles
  • Familiarity with operational processes and governance
  • Experience in conducting audits and process confirmations
  • Qualifications in Risk Management or Business Continuity Management
  • Security background is a plus
