SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CPO

£55,000 - £60,000 + BENEFITS

CITY + 3 DAYS WFH

Our client, a prominent global organization, is situated in a dynamic and thriving environment. They are seeking a skilled and self-assured Executive Assistant to deliver comprehensive yet adaptable 1:1 support to their Chief People Officer, along with lighter assistance to the COO, CFO, Deputy CEO, and General Counsel.

The London division is a close-knit and highly effective segment of the broader organization, collaborating seamlessly across all international regions in a supportive and results-oriented manner, boasting excellent employee retention.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1:1 EA Support to the Chief People Officer: Manage intricate global travel arrangements, complex calendar management across various time zones, handle a high volume of expense reports, and provide personal assistance including private appointments and family schedules. Support with HR documentation and prepare presentations while taking minutes during HR meetings.
  • Executive Team Support: Oversee diary management, travel logistics, act as a liaison with the Executive team, coordinate both internal and external meetings, and engage with internal stakeholders and teams throughout the organization.
  • Office Management: Lead office-based projects, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, manage vendor and contractor relationships, and handle administrative tasks including stationery and office supplies orders (including invoice approvals).
  • Senior Leadership and Board Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas, document key actions and notes, ensure follow-up on actionable items, and track their completion.
  • Event Planning: Take full responsibility for organizing and executing both internal staff and external client events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant with experience supporting a Senior Leadership Team, preferably within a senior HR capacity. Candidates should have a background in professional services such as finance, legal, consultancy, or other fast-paced environments. Strong emotional intelligence is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively at the core of the team, demonstrating ambition and a proactive approach.
