SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CPO

£55,000 - £60,000 + BENEFITS

CITY + 3 DAYS WFH

Our client, a prominent global organization, is seeking a seasoned and self-assured Executive Assistant to deliver comprehensive yet adaptable 1:1 support to their Chief People Officer, alongside providing additional assistance to the COO, CFO, Deputy CEO, and General Counsel.

The London division is a close-knit and high-performing segment of the broader organization, known for its collaborative spirit across global regions, fostering a supportive and results-oriented environment with remarkable staff retention.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1:1 EA Support: Manage intricate global travel arrangements, complex calendar coordination across various time zones, handle high volumes of expense reports, and provide personal assistance including private appointments and family schedules.
  • C-Suite Team Assistance: Oversee diary management, travel logistics, act as a liaison with the Executive team, coordinate both internal and external meetings, and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Office Management: Lead office-based projects, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee administrative tasks including stationery and office supplies management.
  • Senior Leadership and Board Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas, document key discussions and action points, ensure follow-up on tasks, and track their completion.
  • Event Coordination: Take full responsibility for planning and executing both internal staff and external client events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant with experience supporting a Senior Leadership Team, preferably within a senior HR role. Candidates should have a background in professional services such as finance, legal, or consultancy, or other dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent emotional intelligence, be integral to the team, and demonstrate ambition and a proactive approach. This role is based in the City, offering three days of remote work each week, along with a generous discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
