We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our busy management consultancy team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to 4 Executives within our Private Equity team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Extensive diary management for the executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Travel Coordination: Organizing multi-stop global travel, working across timezones, and preparing all itineraries and visas.
- Document Preparation: Creating and updating documents, correspondence, and CRM records as required.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other assistants to provide coverage and support as needed.
- Event Planning: Organizing lunches and events as required, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and colleagues.
