Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Guidant Global. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Head of Wing, ensuring the smooth operation of their diary, travel, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Plan and coordinate the Head of Wing's diary, including travel and expenses, to ensure seamless execution of their schedule.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel and logistics for the Head of Wing across the UK and Europe, ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements.
- Reporting and Communication: Support and maintain reporting and communication processes, including communication updates, meetings, KPIs, and reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative and logistical support to the team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using standard Google Suite software and Airbus Travel and other IT tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and consistently.
- Interpersonal Skills: A resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to build strong professional relationships within a team environment.
