We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Eden Recruitment Ltd. As the right-hand person to our senior leader, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing inboxes, and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and arranging meetings.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for managing multiple priorities and workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What We Offer:
