Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Cliveden House. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Wedding Manager with all enquiries concerning weddings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss event requirements and conduct showrounds of the hotel
  • Produce quotations, contracts, invoices, and function sheets for events
  • Coordinate and maximize event enquiries and bookings to drive sales
  • Take responsibility from enquiry stage to completion of the event, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel's events and wedding offerings
  • Ensure accurate capture and management of event data for prospective and existing customers
  • Act as liaison between the Central Events Office and other departments
  • Produce event-related stationery, such as menus, place cards, and table plans, as required
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, fire safety procedures, and health and safety regulations
