Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Cliveden House. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Wedding Manager with all enquiries concerning weddings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss event requirements and conduct showrounds of the hotel
  • Produce quotations, contracts, invoices, and function sheets for events
  • Coordinate and maximize event enquiries and bookings to drive sales
  • Take responsibility from enquiry stage to completion of the event, ensuring seamless execution
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests at all times, exceeding their expectations
  • Communicate and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of weddings and events at Cliveden House
  • Capture accurate data for prospective customers and customers alike
  • Act as liaison for the Central Events Office, ensuring efficient communication
  • Produce event stationery, including menus, place cards, and table plans, as required
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel fire safety procedures and Health & Safety regulations
