Senior Retail Account Executive

MacGregor Black is excited to collaborate with a Renowned Party and Gifting Organization in the search for a Senior Retail Account Executive. This is a full-time position.

As the Senior Retail Account Executive, your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing relationships with national retail partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and nurture significant national accounts within the grocery and discount retail sectors.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales objectives.
  • Establish and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the accounts.
  • Identify new business prospects and broaden the company's footprint within grocery and discount retail channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Introduce new products and promotional strategies to key accounts, ensuring alignment with their operational needs.
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts and regular updates on account performance and market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of account strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Retail Account Executive role within the gifting, party supplies, or toy industries.
  • A proven history of managing and developing key accounts, particularly in the grocery and discount retail sectors.
  • Strong sales expertise with excellent negotiation capabilities, adept at closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends and data to guide strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
