A well-established Marketing Agency is seeking a pivotal Senior CRM Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a prominent client in the Pet Industry, spearheading their CRM initiatives.

This position requires strategic insight, robust leadership capabilities, and exceptional client service skills. You will be recognized as a CRM authority, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with your client, ensuring a seamless client experience while serving as a Brand Advocate.
  • Oversee account financials, including accurate forecasting, fee negotiations, and management of overdue payments.
  • Lead project management efforts, guiding projects from inception to completion with clear communication regarding milestones, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Track and assess project progress and performance, achieving growth targets for the account while ensuring adherence to key service level agreements.
  • Supervise the email marketing campaign process from initial brief to final broadcast, effectively utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage design and approval processes for Direct Mail initiatives.
  • Monitor budgets and keep all stakeholders informed of any financial updates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial solutions for both the team and the client.

Candidate Profile:

  • Deep expertise in CRM, Email Marketing, and Customer Loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing CRM and agency teams.
  • Background in agency environments.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, overseeing end-to-end processes.
  • A proven history of driving commercial growth in both new and existing business.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
