Role Overview:

  • Handling Purchase Ledger functions
  • Executing payment runs and bank reconciliations
  • Managing Sales Ledger activities
  • Credit Control responsibilities
  • Assisting with audits and month-end processes
  • Supporting payroll operations
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Managing the accounts inbox
  • Providing general administrative assistance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts administration
  • Proficient in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control
  • Currently studying or AAT qualified individuals preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
