About Emsworth Yacht Harbour
Emsworth Yacht Harbour is a family-owned, independent marina situated in the picturesque Chichester Harbour. We are proud to have been awarded five Gold Anchors and recognized as Marina of the Year for three consecutive years. Our location within the Chichester Harbour National Landscape and Site of Special Scientific Interest fosters a strong sense of community and environmental responsibility.
Our Business Operations
We offer a diverse range of services, encompassing marina and boatyard operations, as well as commercial property management. Our marina accommodates 211 berths, primarily occupied by annual customers. The office operates seven days a week, while the boatyard functions from Monday to Friday. We have the capacity to lift boats up to 50 tons and utilize a range of equipment for various tasks, including boat lifts, mast steps, and engine lifts. Our hardstanding area can accommodate 200 boats.
We also host 15 marine-related commercial tenants on our 14-acre site, which includes a variety of assets, infrastructure, and ecologically sensitive areas requiring constant and meticulous management.

Working Hours and Environment
This role is for 40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, seven days a week. The boatyard operates from Monday to Friday. We offer some flexibility in working arrangements to the right candidate, but occasional weekend work may be required. This position involves a blend of office and hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities
