Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Care Worker to oversee the delivery of care within our facility. This role involves managing a dedicated team and ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Supervise and support staff in their daily activities, fostering a collaborative and communicative atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments of service users' needs and ensure appropriate care strategies are in place.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Provide management cover as required, including leading nightly briefings and overseeing Health & Safety protocols.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and be actively pursuing a management qualification. Relevant experience in a care setting and basic computer skills are essential. A commitment to our Christian ethos is required, along with membership in the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
